Young aged olive trees (30 - 80 years old) are grown in Messinian groves of Peloponese territory in Greece. The height of these trees is 3 - 5 meters and has a dark green leaf almost 4 centimeters long, and 1 centimeter width. An olive has a cylindrical shape, with an average weight of 1.3 grams.
The olive oil is an "Extra virgin olive oil" and has green-golden color, with low acidity (<0,4), and generally, exciting fruity flavor with a spicy sensation in the throat upon swallowing and intense aroma.
